About Me
I've been involved in real estate for over a decade, dealing with residential property development and sales, primarily in London and Essex, though I've also worked in other areas. Initially, I managed my own investment projects while also working for an IT company, where I served as Client Services Director. Throughout my career, I've held various Service Management roles, which has made me deeply focused on customer service. I prioritise building relationships over making sales because I believe that doing right by people and focusing on what value looks like for them ultimately leads to successful transactions. My commitment to understanding clients' needs, maintaining a strong moral compass, and delivering on promises has consistently resulted in positive outcomes.
I became an estate agent after working on several development projects and feeling frustrated with the service provided by traditional agents. I believe clients deserve an accountable and results-oriented agent who tailors their approach to each individual, rather than using a one-size-fits-all method.
Traditional agents typically rely on their buyer database and online portals like Rightmove and Zoopla, but I take a more collaborative approach. I leverage a wide network of local agents, community connections, and global professionals to ensure maximum exposure for my clients' properties. However, the majority of my clients are buyers, because I feel they're heavily underrepresented in the UK. If you look at equivalent markets in the US and Australia, working with a buyer's agent is the norm. It makes sense because everybody should have a subject matter expert who acts in their best interest, because let's be honest, estate agents typically act for the seller. To be clear, I only every act for one side, so there is never a conflict.
